Yes. All of our lipsticks and lipliners are vegan, cruelty-free, and formulated without parabens, sulfates, or phthalates.
Our products are made with gentle, clean ingredients. If you have highly sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test first.
Orders & Shipping
We ship within the U.S. We’re working on expanding internationally soon.
Processing time for your order is 2-3 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping is free on orders over $45. For orders under $45, standard shipping is a flat rate of $6.95. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.
Because we process orders quickly, changes aren’t always possible. Please reach out to info@meristori.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Shipping is free on orders over $100 CAD. For orders under $100, standard shipping is a flat rate of $13.95 CAD. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery typically takes 6-10 business days. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. Please note, customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes. We recommend using this link to estimate duties and taxes based on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics. If your product arrives damaged or you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@meristori.com.
We don’t currently offer exchanges, but we’ll always work with you to resolve any concerns.
